3. Right to Terminate Membership or Subscription

ParisUnderground.com reserves the right to terminate your ParisUnderground Membership and/or your subscription to any or all of the ParisUnderground.com email lists at any time in the event that it considers, in its sole discretion, any conduct by you, including Your Content, to violate the terms of this Member Agreement.

4. Miscellaneous

This Member Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between ParisUnderground.com and you with respect to the subject matter contained herein. No waiver by ParisUnderground.com or you of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. This Member Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
